It is ideally situated in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, 300m from
the beautiful sandy public beach, a few minutes walk from the
village centre and 50m and 100m from Leader Price and Spar supermarkets
respectively. Immediately across the road is Jardin Pauline
– a small park with lawns, trees and benches including a well
equipped children’s play area. Although the building is on a
very busy road the apartment is at the rear and is, therefore,
very quiet. In addition it has excellent sound insulation and
double glazing complying with the latest French regulations.
A car is not required to visit the many attractions (however,
there is a designated parking place in the underground car park)
– a bus stop is outside the front door. The balcony faces south
and has the sun on it all day.

Leisure
Facilities: Shopping Juan-les-Pins offers everything in
the way of chic boutiques and restaurants with all kind of cuisine.
Local supermarkets are within walking distance from the apartment
and they are open on Sunday mornings. Banks and cash points
are just down the street. Nightlife Juan-les-Pins is renowned
for its nightclubs and nightlife in general. Thankfully, however,
the nightclubs and bars are not close enough to cause a nuisance.
Coast/Beach The best beach on the Riviera is the sandy crescent
beach of Juan-les-Pins and is within 300 metres from the apartment!
Here there are sailing and wind-surfing schools, water skiing,
parasailing, banana rides, glass-bottom boat trips and cruises
along the coast. Beach restaurants and private sections abound
where sunbeds can be hired with waiter service or there are
sections that are free of charge.....there is something for
everyone! Several golf courses are within a short drive and
skiing is possible on a daily basis.
